Student creative writing and book clubs
Dear students,
Please take a moment to learn about two new initiatives started by our students. If you find them interesting, we encourage you to join:
BOOK CLUB
If you enjoy reading books, discussing them with others in a friendly atmosphere (which includes tea!), and meeting new people who share your interests, one of our new initiatives, the BOOK CLUB, is the perfect place for you.
WHEN: Thursdays, at 14:45, starting MARCH 14
WHERE: Štefánikova 67, ROOM 211
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
– Your favourite book(s)
– A mug for tea
– An open mind, ready to discuss new ideas

VERBIVORES OF KAA
If writing is your passion, consider joining the Verbivores of KAA – a close-knit group of students who love to write, discuss their work, and support each other’s creative journey.
WHEN & WHERE:
– the group’s main communication channel is DISCORD (username: caspost);
– in-person meetings are held on Fridays, from 18:00 to 19:00 in a café agreed upon before the meeting.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
– setting, keeping track of & discussing writing goals;
– discussions of writing (e.g. favourite tropes, guilty pleasure writing clichés, the brainstorming process, etc.);
– sharing & asking for feedback, or sharing advice;
– and, joint writing sessions for those who’d like to write together.
