Annotation

The aim of the project is to design innovative supplementary teaching material – wordless picture book and methodology manual for creative work with this publication. The purpose of the book will be to develop vocabulary and social-emotional skills of young learners in English lessons. Project team will design and develop approximately 10-12 thought-provoking topics for young learners and design the methodology for creative work with this publication and its different modules. Illustration material to specific topics will be prepared by young learners in the lessons of Art under the supervision of their teachers. The material should be learner-friendly, and emotion-provoking for young learners. Developed publications will be subsequently piloted in schools and collected data will be the object of the research analysis and comparison based on which recommendations for school education will be developed and published.
